So I did it in the opposite fashion, but after seeing this game, considering what the chest did in the first one, it had a different requirement in the sequel, so without looking it up, you'd be likely not to get it in that one anyway. This one isn't too bad to get honestly, but you'd be trading in easier beginning for easier later gameplay. After checking out a guide, it took the person 3 hrs to beat the game with 101%, so not sure I'm about that life for 1 more powerup.

Same thing really like the sequel. Can be really difficult at times, usually the screen just gets overcrowded with enemies, patterns become chaotic. This one just really had fights that can just be absurd at times, but most, if they come off difficult, exploring tends to net you another projectile or damage upgrade. Flasks can and will be useful, but you can only do so many.

Enemies just feel like sponges at times, which really sucks, since the ones who are built like tanks, will chase you down while still blasting at you, usually with good damage. I try to get them off the board if I can. There really is only one boss, previous forms are fine. The top form has some random elements at the top, so you gotta stay near the top 60-70% area to both damage and have a good dodge location. The rest is kind of a waste of your time to do, unless you're trying to regen hp back, then the bottom can be ok.

The ending is kinda cute, even though I just did a couple of them. Glad they took the time to do that if you really want to see each character you've saved up to this point.

This one is free and I'd recommend.
