This one I've had for quite awhile and while cleaning out some older games, I decided to play it. It can be pretty challenging, but smashing against the wall enough, I got through it. Smaller segments are left in, but ones that took awhile to beat, or certain segments with long wording, has been edit out. While most I'd say would be under 10 mins, things like the last boss and optional are pretty lengthy before being cut down.

For the most part, the gameplay shooting is automatic besides your special, which never feels too negative. Sometimes it can be annoying on certain blocks that can be destroyed which can mess you up on normal enemies and like one boss. Rest it didn't impact anything too much. At times, the way the movement felt, can be annoying to dodge shots at times, but clearly is doable.

For the first person section, it feels awkward, but it's dumbed down and pretty easy.

Most of the powerups I didn't really use much. The big flask was usually my go to for tons of mobs to get them off the screen quicker, healing was good for certain segments but starts going down once you gain a mass of health. Better to use the resources better by destroying enemies then delaying it and healing more sustained hits.

Bosses all have their challenges and it ramps up fairly well. I think it was 48 or 68, it's like a square that spreads into 4 enemies after defeat, the was the first time it ramped down a bit in comparison, but goes back up again after that. Last boss took the longest, next to the optional boss. I didn't talk to the prince, so I guess his skill would have been useful in fighting him.

There is a 102% clear rate, but since I had no idea the chest was a thing, I didn't know to ignore a game mechanic to get him, which honestly doesn't bother me much. Seems more like a challenge then a % rate completion with how it's setup, but oh well, not gonna restart the game at like 90% done.

Fun game, can be frustrating, but it is on the Hell difficulty, so it's not like it'd be like that on all settings. Enjoyable. Pfff, I'll leave it all in, but I guess this was a sequel. Thought this was the first free game when I was gonna check on it and mention a price. This was technically free if you grabbed it early enough I believe, but now it's 5 dollars. Well, that's another game to be played.

Was gonna say it was free and worth playing. It's kind of odd. If you go for the hardest setting, I think you'd get your times worth, but if you did a lower setting, with the unlockable if you explore, you'd probably get like an hour and a half maybe of gameplay? It'd be worth it to me, but I'd say play the first one and decide from there.
