Prismata - Lets Try - Part 1
Pirsmata is a game I can't quite place, It is a card game over all, It does have elements of strategy in it, but overall its a card game. Some people love this genre others have played one and there for have played them all. They are a throw back to the classic card games of the 80s and 90s and I understand they are finding a new generation here in the moden world.
As this game was kickstarted in November 2014 and the single player campaign is still unfinished as well as they are still doing game balance patches, I can see the development cycle for this game Continuing for quite some time.
The game does have a lot of multiplayer potential as well as ranked game play, I gave this one a 15 out of the $25 asking price. If you see it on sale, it might be worth it, If you enjoy ranked game play then it might be worth a bit more. Prismata did score higher because of the no Pay-to-win model and that all 'decks' are the same, it is a game of skill not chance or wallet size!

Prepare yourself for the ultimate strategy game.
Prismata—the gripping debut from Lunarch Studios—radically redefines the strategy genre by combining elements of real-time strategy, card games, and tabletop strategy games to create something entirely new and unique.
The Story
Hundreds of years in the future, humans have engineered a prosperous new civilization on the distant planet Beacon, where the sun never sets. Meanwhile, the planet's frigid dark side has been colonized by an enigmatic faction of intelligent machines that threaten humanity with conflict.
In these new cybernetic times, human soldiers are obsolete. Instead, warfare is conducted swiftly with massive armies of robots. The Swarmwielders—human commanders of these mechanical forces—are the defenders of society, training relentlessly for the day when the machines strike again. However, when their own robots start to mysteriously malfunction, the humans find themselves endangered by something much closer than the machines lurking beyond the fringe.
