Starting building a cell block in order to accommodate the secure of our prisoners we have, also the cell block I built also accommodate almost double of the capacity of 15 prisoners.
If you don't like the video because of my voice, you don't have to watch it at all. I have a speech disorder of hypernasal speech so just don't even think about trolling on my channel at all. Just talk about the video and just ignore my voice but if you don't like it then don't watch it, no need to comment.
