Update July 20th 2014 - Hi Everyone! I played more of the beta today, and can confirm that this method is still required to prevent prisoners from showing up on Day 2 of the game. Thanks for all the great feedback on this video. I'm glad its helping others out!

Embarrassingly enough it took me nearly 20 hours of playing the game to figure out how to stop prisoners from being sent each morning, causing most of my earlier prisons to run bankrupt as I tried to build cells fast enough to hold them all. This video will show you how to properly disable continuous intake, so you have time to build a fence, or to gain some money to build the things you need before more prisoners arrive.
