Prisoner is a short "art mod" that gets rid of enemies, weapons or even anything recognizable as a plot. All I know is, it seems to be saying SOMETHING about the nature of deception in video games, especially in regard to the player and how they interpret the virtual environment. But hey, that's just my opinion.
