As noted at the start of the video, this was on a PS3 system but with an original PS1 disk. I used a hacked save game to enter the debug room, but nothing else was altered. I believe this hardlock happened because sephiroth's flag is turned on, meaning Vincent cannot exist, but Super Nova specifically looks for three targets for its animation. It may also have something to do with the reverse effect that I turned on in the debug room.
