An investigation is underway after it was alleged that airmen based at RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus crashed an armoured troop carrier, destined for the Afghan frontline, while on a joyride. The Sun Newspaper claims that a Warthog vehicle was damaged whilst it was being driven through scrubland.
