12Odoo provides some extra tools to increase employee productivity and keep your files organized, making those paperless and less time-consuming.
In this webinar, we will be introducing some extra tools in odoo including Documents, Dashboards, Spreadsheets, Data Cleaning, Knowledge, Discuss, Calendar, Notes, and VOIP.
Odoo Documents allows you to store, view, and manage files within Odoo. You can upload any type of file say PDF, spreadsheet, images, etc. (max 64MB per file on Odoo Online), and organize them in various workspaces. Workspace means it is similar to folders where we usually keep documents in our system. Also, you can easily share, send, categorize, and archive scanned documents or even large documents can be split into different pages.
The Dashboard module helps keep your important information in a separate dashboard and makes it handy to identify and visualize
Spreadsheets are one of the most widely used tools in any industry are now integrated with Odoo. It allows different functionalities say organising and formatting your data. Adding different graphs like bar charts, pie diagrams, and scorecards or gauges, brings life to your data and these Visual representations help us to understand data more easily and quickly.
The Data Cleaning module assists us in creating de-duplication rules, field cleaning rules, and data recycling rules. Thus will notify the responsible users about the duplicate records, and duplicate records can deleted or merged.
Knowledge module is inspired by Wikipedia, users are able to create articles, that can be structured with various tools and can be shared among the other users.
Using a Discuss module, we can quickly bring all communications through chats, messages, and notes together, can use this app as a video conference tool, where meetings can be done, screens can be shared, and all. It can be also used as a messaging tool where chats can be done in person and chat groups
The Odoo platform has allocated separate calendar modules that allows the users to plan activities, schedule meetings, task, and operational aspects allowing the users to manage monitor, and control the company operations effectively with time efficiency and productivity
The notes module allows you to create notes and organize the contents with various building blocks provided by odoo and can share your notes with your colleagues by sending them.
