Part 26 of 45, of a video walkthrough for the fourth Professor Layton game, Professor Layton and the Last Specter. In this part, Professor Layton, Emmy and Luke go to Luke's house and talk to Clark about Evan Barde's suspicious death. They learn more about the death, but they don't get any substantial evidence one way or the other. Layton suspects that Chief Jakes, the chief of police, is corrupt, and he tampered with the investigation somehow. The conversation ends prematurely, as Layton is sent downstairs to the wine cellar to pick out a wine, even though he does not know much about wine.

As our heroes return to town, they are attacked by thugs who were hired by Chief Jakes. Emmy fights them quite quickly, then they speak with Inspector Grosky.
