Happy New Year everyone! It's finally a new year and a new decade, and after a hellish 2019, hopefully it also means a new me, as I look brighter and further into my future as a content creator! Even though I've been thinking about doing music, especially with a DJ Hero-esque project, inspired by SiIvaGunner's King For A Day series, I'm committing my undivided spare time to, I've decided to focus on music and Smash! A little less on the Smash side, but I'm gonna share my experiences regardless since this year, I'm also committing to my goal in becoming a Smash competitor. I have a lot of personal things to resolve over the year and especially the decade, but I will show the utmost effort in everything I set my sights on. And God willing, I will be more successful in life.

Now this video, is actually going to be the start of a kind of series for me, as when it comes for Smash montages, it won't be trying to mainly focus on styling on people, rather than showing improvement and where I'm at on my path to becoming one of the best Incineroar players anyone's ever seen. That's also a resolution, but more of one that's aimed at a little longer than a year, because it takes TIME. But I promised myself that my B.S.-ing is absolutely done from here on out. It's a new year, a new decade, and the path to a new, more committed me. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has really been a life-changing game for me and it makes me want to get better and persevere. All throughout the year of 2019, I've learned plenty, and this is just a taste of what I've done; all the saved videos of all of my favorite highlights. Ultimate might be my first Smash game I treat seriously as a competitor, and I might be only 9 months in the game, but I'm blessed to be a part of a community of Smashers who share the same passion. If it wasn't for Smash, I wouldn't've had the pleasure of having three families. As if my biological family and being a part of SiIvaGunner wasn't enough lol

But seriously, this game has been a real life-changer, and it legitimately turned out to be my favorite game of all time, especially with the character I play. And I know that if I stay committed to everything I've set goals on, especially Smash, I will be the happiest man in the world. But enough talk and sentimentality, please enjoy my video.

This video is obviously predominately Incineroar, with only a couple of King K. Rool and El Tigre (Brawler) clips. The majority of these clips came from Arenas, because I feel like I can't get better when learning matchups I've never played before on Quickplay, because when I lose, I get booted out of Elite instantly, and it messes with my mentality. You will also notice that I've changed colors because I've had a palette crisis over the past few months (don't judge me), but have recently decided to go both Default Incin and Chester Cheeto (yellow/orange alt) for the rest of my activity! The ditto clips are absolutely simple: I'm always the red one. And some clips are in Japanese. Sometimes I just like to listen to Incineroar's Japanese voice a bit better. Honestly, I'd kinda prefer it over the English version.

Both of Logic's songs from Under Pressure signify the start of my Smash competitive journey, just like Logic's start of his journey under a label. Except back then, he was rapping since 17 and he was 23-24 at the time (7 years of experience prior), whereas I started 9 months ago, but that won't stop me from bettering myself. This also signifies, yet again, a new start for me in general.

Special thanks to friends D.J. DryBowser, WandererOfTheInternets, Finbonfin and Negami Saito, as well as members of my local Pubcade and Youngstown Smash community, for being good playmates and some of the main reasons why I continue to grow. Others such as Creep, Nictorious, Xeletrix, Kazuna, BotanicSage, Cotton, Alibaba and Tiz4Smash were not in this montage, but they were as big of an impact as others. Also to Nairo and Fatality, the only pro players I've played against that've helped me as well.

Finally, I've decided that since I am wiping a clean slate and starting over, I've decided that I'm not deleting my videos, but instead making them unlisted.

Thank you guys for watching my first of hopefully many montages like this to come in the future, and please be on the lookout for more music. The KFAD-inspired DJ Hero project will be coming later this year! And I'm so excited to be making a project that's responsible for my wanting to get back in music! But until then, Happy 2020, and I will catch you guys later! Peace and enjoy :)

That will be effective over the weekend, so do not fret, they will not be gone forever. Thank you guys so much for the support and let's all make sure that we start the year and decade off right. Peace and love.

P.S., the last clip, I was Knuckles, the Default Mii was WandererOfTheInternets lol
