This is one of the scariest horror mods I've ever played, a hardcore take on the survival horror genre but wrapped around the classic doom games. It has more realistic gameplay, more manual control of your weapons and items, and the monsters have amazing designs and are quite tough to deal with even though there aren't that many of them.

Also, the ambient music gives off an incredible atmosphere no matter what wad you're using for this game. Would definitely recommend giving this mod a try, even though it's really hard.
