Sadly, I didn't get this video out BEFORE the update that let you do even more speed changes. Either way, it's interesting to see how different the game engines between PA and JS&B are to have unique effects of speedhacks.


This was set to 0.5x speed. And, if you can't tell, the player is MUCH slower. In hindsight, I should have gone with 2X speed so it's a little easier to see, but alas, I am lazy. Maybe I'll do another one of these videos to show off that.


...Not really much to say this time around. I guess the PA engine is just more well-designed for speedhacks not effecting levels in messed up ways? I tried this on three levels total (Heartbeat, Nautilus, Opia) and none of them were any different aside from the cube speed. Neat little thing to know, I guess.
