PROJECT BRUTALITY 3.0 METAL SLUG DOOM MOD
812PROJECT BRUTALITY 3.0 and the METAL SLUG Addon created by celatoss, this is a gameplay modification for a mod that completely changes the game, like in Metal Slug... you are really fragile so run and gun as you can! Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Please note that the Project Brutality 3.0 in its current state is still Work In Progress, so bugs are to be expected, together with crashes to desktop (same with addons, they are not 100% always compatible and actual). This is the first release of the Metal Slug addon that works only with Project Brutality 3.0, it uses its sprites as a base for the weapons, but also adds several sprites from the Metal Slug itself like projectiles or bonusesLike in Metal Slug you also can free the POWs - they are tied to the tree or they are attached to the ceiling (but because it's currently a first release and ceilings are even outside per se, they can float at the maximum height). There are also bonuses scattered around a map, they are pretty various from just points and gold to collect, health packs that give you a huge relief, ammunition, grenades or boxes that contain anything inside, weapons included. As for the weapons there are tons of them included - from the default pistol, Heavy Machine Gun, Rowkwet Lawnchair, Shotgun, Flameshot, Dropshot (really useless), Enemy Chaser, Super Grenade, Laser Grenade and even Two Machine Guns! Some of the weapons are not ready and not implement, it includes the Iron Lizard, Thunder Shot, Zantetsu Sword, Stones and Molotov Cocktails, but the addon at the moment gives you a really huge arsenal + variety of them to try. You will notice that some of the weapon icons are animated and they are about to explode, once you pick them they are a stronger versions of normal weapons - for example in case of the Lasergun, the damage and laser size are increased. When you become fat, your damage is incredibly increased without speed penalty, some of your weapon sprites are also changed plus they have some additional new features like increased size of projectiles, bigger area of effect etc. Once you are fat because of eating way too much (like in Metal Slug 2 or later) you must either wait 3 minutes to become slim again or pick up the DIET collectible, but under effect of being fat you are a real powerhouse with every weapon. BUT because this is a Metal Slug addon it also means that you have to be way more fragile than in Project Brutality, thus even a simple explosion next you might kill you, remember about your health and armor all the time!
