Another drive with the XBox 360 controller, this time without AI, but on an intricate road course with no issues.

I've always felt that Forza had the best gamepad support of any semi-realistic racing game I've ever played, but Project CARS has really taken it a notch up! As a full on racing sim, with the realism turned all the way up (other than auto clutch), this game works with the gamepad fantastically!

Still, a proper force feedback wheel with 900 degrees of rotation is the best way to become fully immersed in the game. I think you can tell that the gamepad isn't quite as smooth as a wheel, but the gamepad is a fully viable way to play the game. Before now, I would never play the game without setting up my wheel, but now the gamepad is good enough to play with even when I don't feel like setting up my wheel!
