Project Highrise Las Vegas 1: Mega Resort Humble Beginnings. Let's Play PHLV Gameplay
5This is Project Highrise brought to us by SomaSim Games. In this episode we kick off a new series by taking on the scenario to build a mega resort epic hotel vacation tourist destination! With our humble beginnings we start with a simple hotel with many single rooms and a single bar and a few restaurants. Soon however we will bring in major resort like attractions and become a tourist hot spot of ultra proportions!

This is a simulation game about managing and building a skyscraper in an urban center. You can place retail stores, restaurants, convention centers, casinos, residences, offices and more. You have to manage the utilities and services to keep your customers and tenants happy as well as leveraging influence in the community to unlock new designs and construction options.
You can also use "buzz" generated around your structure to service ad campaigns that can really help drive in the foot traffic or increase your revenue temporarily. The game comes with a sandbox mode and a variety of scenarios, some designed to be easy and some designed to be extremely challenging. We also have the Las Vegas DLC which adds a lot of the content you will see (such as Casinos and Hotel functions) It doesn't have to stop with a single building, you can build many buildings connected by sky bridges and build large concert venues or grand lobbies, the choices are yours!
