I'd been asked a few times how I'd managed to get rooftop restaurants on the middle of my Project Highrise towers when one of the conditions of building them is that they must be on the top floor with nothing above them, so I thought I'd make a quick guide to help people out.
This covers both medium and large rooftop restaurants and doesn't use any mods or anything else that changes the parameters of the game.
