16Project Highrise Going Green continues and our financial woes force us to succumb to a loan. Quite a big one.
Using our loan money wisely, ish, we invest heavily in infrastructure and luxury studio apartments in order to bring the money in, although luxury apartments bring their own demands.
We soon realise that renovating the units in our tower is causing a massive drain on our finances.
Can we cope with upkeep versus expansion? Will our vast quantities of buzz and influence aid us? Will the salad bar ever make a profit?
