Riot games had a potential leak on twitter that showed off Neeko. Out of all of the League of Legends characters I was not expecting Neeko to be shown off next, if the leak is true of course. I do not think this leak is very credible considering it is from a random twitter account named "Project L leaks" but I still think it is worth talking about. I wonder if Neeko is in Project L if it lowers the chances of other League characters that steal moves. I haven't watched Arcane but I would also assume Riot would announce and promote Arcane characters first.

League of Legends, commonly referred to as League, is a 2009 multiplayer online battle arena video game developed and published by Riot Games. Inspired by Defense of the Ancients, a custom map for Warcraft III, Riot's founders sought to develop a stand-alone game in the same genre.
