Spamming Down Air it's the answer here. Mario and Zelda stages are the one that give most problem in All Star Mode in Project M Ex Remix. Red Alloy has custom moves from Captain Falcon (Smash 3ds/Wii U)

I have noticed that there are some video issues (before Kirby stage for example). So I should probably stop recording at 4K and go back to the good old 1080p.
