In this and the previous tutorial, I have demonstrated the application of Project Crashing in real life with an example with detailed explanation.

***** I have made a slight mistake in the calculation which is from the duration of 16:04th minute of this video. Here is the correction :

Late start (LS) of activity C is written 6, which is wrong.
C's Late Start (LS) will be 7 (which is 11 - 4). So the total float is 1 (11 - 10 or 7 - 6).
