I feel like I'm not exaggerating when I say this is absolutely the worst designed MUGEN character I've ever seen. I don't know how to describe this other than it's basically Tortimer's Rover but with a parry. And it's one of those god awful parries than can be done while you're throwing out moves, which is always a god awful idea. I tried with one of OHMSBY's characters, I tried with a grappler to get around the parries, I even tried with Marvin the Freaking Martian for several hours but got literally nowhere. I had to pull out a nigh-on invincible cheap character that I stumbled across just to beat this fucking thing. And of course he can heal because why the fuck not. Also I feel like the author included a crusty JPEG of Ramza from FFT just to make specifically me mad. I swear to god this fur-saken fleabag undid like a month of therapy.
Morgana (Sebastian)
So I was looking online to see if there was some sort of hotfix for the previous Morgana, but of course there wasn't one. But there was this Morgana, which is such a breath of fresh air you have no idea. It's almost like, the author designed this character with the intent of bringing people fun and joy or something. He's about as solid as Sebastian's Gordon Ramsay or Red and Yellow, which is to say, pretty good.
