I swear I've seen this character multiple times in different MUGEN projects. But I'm pretty sure this one is just a spriteswap of Warioman's Tom, (I mean Oggy and the Cockroaches drew inspiration from Tom & Jerry but come on) which would explain the strange hitboxes.

Shock (RMaster007)
This one is a bit more competent from the last one. Even if it looks like someone's Worms OC made in MS paint. (Although the correct term would be FC, or fan character, since it's a character made to fit in the universe of Worms) The AI actually knows a couple combos, but will sometimes just do nothing or burn their meter by using their close range super when they're on the other side of the screen. Also the super can be used in the air and it will leave them standing on air, in typical amateur programmer fashion.
