Project Red the Sixth Glitch: MissingJO
0*Commentary*
For this glitch we need fly and surf and the badges that let us use them. So we head down to Cinnabar and fly back to Viridian. Talk to the man who shows us to catch Pokemon. At this moment our name has been replaced with OLD MAN. This means the route data that is stored in our name (just like how Pokemon index was stored in the special stat) is cleared and there is no data of the previous route we were in. Go back to Cinnabar, surf along the east coast, only on that coast and nowhere else. This coast is very important because the coders forgot to program route data here. So the game fumbles into your name for route data. Viola Missingno. No matter the name Missingno will always appear. The last letter of you name is END to signify the end of your name. This corresponds to Missingno. The other letters will give you some strange encounters like Ghost in my case.
