Project Red the Third Glitch: Mew, From 1 to 100
0*Commentary*
This glitch requires Trainer Fly mastery. Catch an Abra in the grass next to Nugget Bridge. Then make sure the last Pokemon Center you healed at is in Cerulean. Perform trainer fly using Abra's teleport on the guy in the grass next to the Nugget Bridge. Then fight the swimmer in Cerulean Gym. Use growl six time on his Shellder. Kill it. Then walk back onto Nugget Bridge. Bam, Mew lvl 1. Because the programmers never thought that you would get to level 1 they never coded them in. As a result Level 1 Pokemon have negative EXP. Next let it gain below 27 (Or some number like that) EXP to keep it in the negative range for EXP. This will make it kick back to Lvl 100. There you go, you've got the only Pokemon you will need for this game. Finally we use Trainer Fly again to get rid of Snorlax at the end of the route right of Vermilion.
