so prevously specular shaders, illumination ect where well they werent broken but rather just did not work well and more or less just caused bleeding on every surface that reflects the specular other than car paint, with this it fixes all speculars so they fall in line with lighting parameters so theres no bleeding or fucked up looking textures now, same for buildings with reflective glass, headlight glass is still wip atm and appears to be only shader left to complete but other than that its almost done, wheel shaders appear to updated and working but rim lighting is still not fully corrected due to new bug ive discovered which ill be fixing shortly, also restored window specular on vehicles this was present in ps but for uc seems to be completely removed or just not configured but that is now also sorted.
video basically just showcases many different areas where shaders look horrid or broken and now the game doesnt look or feel like it was as rushed as it was. overall results are a major improvement and dont seem to affect the performance either.
