A new character has arrived!
The Cosmo Succubus is a scythe wielder who specializes against ranged enemies as well as grouped enemies. She can place curse marks on her opponents and detonate them whenever she pleases. She uses her trickery to place bombs and create diversions in order to ensure her safety while punishing those who dare to oppose her. Equipped with aerial attacks and a charged attack gap closer, she can be utilized in most situations during combat.
Cosmo Succubus can perform 3 different heavy attacks; triggered after the 1st 3rd and 5th light attacks.
Each of these heavy attacks will place a progressively stronger curse mark on the enemy; increasing the amount of hits landed.
Pressing V or right trigger will detonate all marks while filling the sp gauge.
Once the SP gauge is full, Cosmo Succubus will become invincible and her dodge will turn into a blink teleport. Holding the heavy attack button while dodging will let her blink strike onto any nearby enemies, placing explosive marks on them. During burst mode, any regular curse marks that are detonated have a chance to corrupt an enemy and drive them into madness, attacking other enemies and falling under the control of the Succubus.
Explosive marks deal a considerable amount of damage and can be stacked onto the enemy. Outside of burst mode, the only way to place explosive marks is to land a held charge attack.
By holding down the heavy attack button, Cosmo Succubus will charge up, and upon releasing, she will close the gap between herself and her enemies, all the while planting explosive marks on them. Explosive marks do not fill the sp gauge.
Dodging in a timely manner will trigger her perfect dodge skill. It slows down the attacker and creates a diversion that can distract other enemies around the area. The perfect dodge also lets Cosmo Succubus jump straight into her 5th light attack, opening up the possibility to chain her most powerful heavy attack which can plant her strongest curse mark on a victim that is hit with it.
Aerial attacks can be utilized to extend combos as well as reach flying enemies. Heavy attack in the air will perform a downward slash.
Cosmo Succubus is also equipped with a hoverbike that can be summoned by holding tab or d pad down. The hoverbike can be used to run over opponents when accelerated and has its own set of guns that can be fired.
