- How do i downgrade?
There is a very nice video from catsmackaroo that shows you how to properly downgrade your GTA IV to either 1.0.8.0 or 1.0.7.0 (Steam OR Rockstar edition)! It even gives you some nice additional tips for example how you can increase the performance of GTA IV with dxvk or dxwrapper.
