There is second part of my playthrough - an Antarctic episode. From that point, i started to use a Harvester (i must admit, that's very powerful shotgun) and Hand Grenades (there's even trick with those - if you just before throwing, move a bit forward and you'll throw it a much further, than it should be).
There are timestamps for particular level sets:
Polar Tundra - 0:28- 8:05
Ice Caves - 8:38 - 13:18
Abandoned Base - 13:50 - 27:27
Laboratory - 28:02 - 47:20
Boss - The Great Old One 47:53 - 50:20
As far as i know, this boss is (and still is) a joke - now due to bug (i think), those tentacles i have to destroy in order to make boss vulnerable to attacks doesn't shoot at me (even better, those "projectiles" are still here after defeating boss). A checking ammo, mana, health, we're good to go.
