After Mio successfully defeating the Doll Maker spirit, she got the last part of the doll. Then Mio head to the Twin Doll altar room to insert the eyes of the doll.

The door mechanism will be activated. To open the sealed door, move the Twin Dolls as follow:

Left, Right, Left, Left, Left, Right

The door to the underground tunnel will be opened, however the hostile Dolls spirit will be awaken as well.

Now Mio should defeat it, and go to the underground tunnel to save Mayu
