Mio is still exploring the Kiryu-Tachibana House, it turns out that Mayu entered an underground tunnel, but the door was sealed with a locking mechanism using 2 life-sized creepy dolls. One of the dolls lost its head, and both arms.
Mio had to find 3 missing doll parts scattered around the two houses. After finding all three parts and inserting them into the doll, the mechanism still doesn't work. Apparently it still need the Design Plans which is located inside the Doll Maker room. When Mio got the Design Plans, a note appeared. It is said, open the Doll's eyes and give the Shrine Maiden a soul, then make the twin dolls face each other, after that the underground tunnel door will open.
But the eye was kept by the Doll Maker himself.
Mio must defeat the Doll Maker spirit to get the last piece of the doll....
