Sam Bankman-Fried admitted last night that AMC and Gamestop tokens were fully backed 1:1 at all times by AMC shares, note the exclusion of the word 'real' shares.
This is clear proof that synthetics exist, how can FTX be holding 400m shares, while retail is holding 90% of the float, and institutions are holding 35% of the float on top of that?
Clear evidence of manipulation and fraud.
it seems like Credit Suisse were also in the business of dealing in tokenized stocks (synthetics) too.
