(Proof of concept) Decently consistent Baldi's Basics 1.4 route
1Here are the things I noticed while figuring out/things to note about this route:
- For the notebooks, other routes fail all 3 questions on the first notebook to make Baldi immediately start chasing you. I was uncomfortable with that route as I felt it was too risky, so I instead decided to answer every question correctly (except the impossible one)
- On the way to the 3rd notebook when I cut through the faculty room, you really don't want the principal to be there, otherwise it's pretty much an instant reset. First Prize also shows up outside the other exit of the faculty room pretty often.
- First Prize is a nuisance, especially in the 2 hallways just outside the cafeteria
- I get a safety scissor near the 3rd and 7th notebooks, so I can deal with Jump Rope Girl
- I get the coin that Baldi gives you at the very start so I have a coin to use to get a second Zesty Bar for the endgame. Other routes get a coin outside the room with the 3rd notebook, but I've never been able to consistently get it to appear and in fact rarely ever got it to appear.
- The escape, while I haven't tested it yet, is done as you would see in other routes.
