This seventh episode features an unreleased prototype by Double Helix called Chain of the Dead, or possibly Outbreak. This game is entirely unreleased, and it is unknown how much further it got in development before it was cancelled. This Part 2 features gameplay as one of the Infected, which is much different than the standard shooter of Part 1.
