What's new in 252

* Fixed cam when looking to the sides (Android only).
* Dynamic lights at night are back!
* Less visual degradation when using dynamic resolution/XFrame (an optimization feature).
* Fixes on Uipe map were sometimes scenery could appear at the wrong place, with an invisible collider on last tunnel of the route 77-02 (due to these changes, old savegames for Uipe may not work anymore; please load a new game and save again).
