In this video, I try out a prototype for the Atari 8-bit Montezuma's Revenge by Robert Jaeger. It is a little janky and impossible to beat, but really interesting nonetheless! You can definitely see where Jaeger was going with it before he was forced to trim down the memory size.

I've heard people say that there was no reason to trim it for it to fit on an Atari 8-bit cartridge, but that maybe it was to keep compatibility with the Atari 5200. Not sure if that's the case but it makes sense. Hope you enjoy!
