It’s that time of the month again: Time to guess what PlayStation Plus subscribers will get as part of their subscription next month. What goodies does Sony Santa have to stuff our stockings with in December?

Each month, I post any rumors and leaks that have eked their way onto the internet, as well as a list of predictions and wishful thinking, hoping to guess what Sony might hand out. Sometimes I even guess correctly, though more often than not it’s a surprise. Often, the next month’s lineup is leaked a day or even just hours before Sony makes their announcement.

Here’s what subscribers got in November. Be sure to claim these before the month is over!

PS Plus Essential Titles For November, 2023

Mafia II Definitive Edition
Dragonball: The Breakers
Aliens Fireteam Elite
What Is PlayStation Plus And How Much Does It Cost?

PS Plus is Sony’s monthly membership program that grants access to online gaming. You don’t need it for streaming movies or TV shows on Netflix and other services, or for free-to-play games like Warzone or Fortnite. Any paid online games, however, require a subscription.

PS Plus is Sony’s monthly membership program that grants access to online gaming. You don’t need it for streaming movies or TV shows on Netflix and other services, or for free-to-play games like Warzone or Fortnite. Any paid online games, however, require a subscription.

There are three PS Plus tiers—Essential, Extra and Premium—though for the purposes of this post we’re only discussing the Essential tier’s free monthly games. Following a big price-hike earlier this year, these tiers cost:

PS Plus Essential — $79.99 / year
PS Plus Extra — $134.99 / year
PS Plus Premium — $159.99 / year
When Will Sony Reveal Next Month’s PS Plus Games?

Sony reveals the following month’s games on the last Wednesday of the month, though this isn’t always the case. The actual rule of thumb is that the new lineup always releases on the first Tuesday of the month and the games are revealed the previous Wednesday.

This means that we should get an official announcement on Wednesday the 29th of November around 9am PT. The games will then go live the following Tuesday, December 5th. You’ll have until then to download this month’s games.

PS Plus March Leaks, Rumors And Predictions

We haven’t had any leaks yet, though I’ll add any leaked info to this post in an update if we do. For now, the following list is a combination of predictions, wishful thinking, and a few stinkers because let’s face it: Sony loves to give us stinkers with disturbing frequency at the PlayStation Plus Essential tier.

Some of these, like The Last Of Us Part 1, make sense given that Sony is about to release The Last Of Us Part 2 remastered on PS5. Others, like Star Wars Jedi: Survivor are much more along the lines of wishful thinking. Then there are some games on this list, like Gollum, that are so bad they just make sense as a PS Plus release.

We’ll kick the list off with my perennial PS Plus favorite, a game that I had very mixed feelings about at release, but that I still wish had spawned a sequel, and one that has somehow never landed on PlayStation Plus . . . .

The Order 1886
The Last Of Us Part 1
Marvel's Midnight Suns
Cult Of The Lamb
Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII - Reunion
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
Sifu
Nier: Automata
Insurgency Sandstorm
Elden Ring
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
Metal: Hellsinger
A Plague Tale Requiem
Donut Country
Metro Exodus
Gollum
Skull Island: Rise Of Kong
The Walking Dead: Destinies
Last December, PS Plus subscribers got a pretty great lineup with lots of variety:

Mass Effect: Legendary Edition
DKO: Divine Knockout
Biomutant
What do you hope to see in December’s PlayStation Plus lineup?
