Hi guys, Tech James here,

In this video, I’ll explain how to connect your PS Vita to the PlayStation Network Store without having to update the PS Vita to the latest version 3.68! This works all firmware but I will be doing this on 3.67. Don’t update to 3.68, because 3.67 has potential exploits! Also, it’s unconfirmed that the VHBL exploit still works on 3.68.
