How to: Customize reticule colour

1: Find PS2 Folder, for example: C:\Program Files\Planetside 2
2: Make copy of UserOptions for safety reasons
2: Open WordPad as admin
3: Open UserOptions in WordPad
4: Scroll to UI, add command
5: Search for your favorite color, get corresponding decimal
6: Add decimal and save

TintModeReticuleColor=16776960

For map/facility colors:
TintModeFacility=VS,NC,TR

and for platoon squad colors:
