Here in part 5, I get through the rooftop and I take care of the boss on the rooftop. I really hated this area, mostly because not only is the boss a pain in the ass to defeat, if you end up losing to him, you have to go through the rooftop section before facing him again, even if you save the game after defeating all of the enemies. I'm only thankful that you're not required to fight all of the enemies to get to the boss, only the ones near the end.
