PS2 - The Matrix: Path of Neo - (OPL - 1080P output)
So i was testing Open PS2 Loader force output capabilities and have 1080P a try. It really outputted a 1080P signal but the video was letter boxed and the video quality as expected hasn't improved. However the game play has speed up and i don't understand why i searched this online and sadly couldn't find the reason :D
So, i would recommend you not to upscale with opl, you rather leave it to your TV to do it.
