I did an interview with Erik Estavillo to get his side of the story of this Banned experience from Sony and him trying to fight back, apparently Erik is the first Playstation 3 Owner to get a full on console ban, so no matter how many accounts he makes, he can't play online.

This was an over the phone interview too.
