Since my original PS3 SS PSU is kaput during reapplying the thermal paste, i'm decided to do the ATX PSU mod which guide is given from PSX-Place thread. Then, the mod is working but I need something that can simplify that mod.

Realized that I have pico PSU and also power brick laying around the shelves, I decided to install pico PSU onto PS3, replacing the ATX psu. Meanwhile, I had to salvage the HDMI splitter that kept unused for a long time as a temporary place for DC 12V input. So far, this unit can operate more than hours without issues.
