ooVoo has a couple of features that require DRM in the PS4 before it can be released and it looks like that will be October 27 at the Paris show.
Microsoft designed into the XB1, HEVC encoding and decoding to support Skype. Same might be true for the PS4. ooVoo has a feature that supports watching a commercial movie like from Netflix on both sides of the chat while video chatting, same while playing a game.. In the former it's going to require DRM on both sides of the connection. These two features likely means a wait till October for ooVoo. There is also that ooVoo will support 720P video chat and a user pointing a camera at a TV playing a movie violates media owners DRM. Something is coming to prevent that also...then there is file sharing while video chatting which also can create DRM issues... in any case I think those features will wait for October 27th
