PS4 CONFIRMED LAUNCH APPS (Escapist News Now)
Sony has confirmed which apps you'll be able to use on the Playstation Network when you pick up your console.
Sony's cloud-based streaming services Music Unlimited and Video Unlimited will both be up and running on PSN for PS4 next Friday. Or you can watching speciality TV content through apps like Hulu Plus, VUDU, or YuppTV.
There are a variety of movie streaming services such as Amazon Instant Video, EPIX, Netflix, and Redbox Instant. If Anime is your thing you can get the Crunchyroll app, and Crackle will also be online. There are sports apps like NBA Game Time for League Pass subscribers and NHL GameCenter Live.
There are a variety of subscription and service fees that come with most of these which you can find in the fine print over at the Playstation website.
