I have been having problems with disc crashing on my PS4, but I have done troubleshoots where it fixed the problem. This time the troubleshoots have not been working at all. I decided to show you guys the steps to follow when having crash problems, but will it fix the problem for me this time?

UPDATE: Got game replaced, when I tried it the game loaded correctly this time. But when I started a match the game crashed again. Tried a second time & again it crashed when loading a match. So I decided to delete the game again & this time I deleted all the saving files, tried again & that fixed the problem. The game now works perfectly but I have to start all over again cause if I try to use my backed up save files, the game will keep crashing, VERY BIG BUMMER!!
