Infamous Second Son is about Delsin Rowe, a newly found Native American Conduit that gains powers by leeching the powers
of others, when his tribe is threatened, he is the only one able enough to answer to the call. Delsin finds new conduits and leeches their powers all so that he can fight against the head of the DUP (Brooke Augustine) along the way he meets friends, enemies, and fans. The power slowly goes to his head and he turns into even more of a rebel, eventually going against the government's way of dealing with Conduits. Personally I didn't like this game, the other Infamous games to me were much better, this one felt pretty bland and generic. Sure some of the powers were kind of cool but, the way Infamous 1 handled Cole's electrical abilities was much more interesting and realistic. Whereas the powers Delsin gets are kind of lame and are just a cardboard cutout of their original forms. In Infamous 2 Cole gains the abilities of others Kuo/Nix, and they augmented his powers. Another thing I don't like about this game is the fact that you can't take cover, which is completely stupid, just because you're a superhuman doesn't mean that you shouldn't take cover when you're being shot at and overwhelmed, and Delsin is unbelievable squishy, he takes damage far easier than Cole, the dodging and healing mechanic is idiotic and really slows the flow of the game, see for yourself, the action dulls quite a lot due to this mechanic. The game feels completely random, and there are better superhero games out there I feel (I wont drop any names) My favorite power was Video, it was perfect, and possibly also ironic. I also think it was the strongest.
Best powers in this order 1.Video, 2.Smoke , 3.Neon. Neon is better on a good playthrough but it's too gimmicky and slow
I prefer Video for the quick kills, it also allows me to turn invisible and since Delsin takes damage too easily... it's probably the best choice for him. I cut out some section's and I was still getting used to the PS4, so excuse some technical difficulties, other than that, I present Infamous Second Son! Enjoy. -
