A quick summary to explain what's happening here: the NPCs in this area of Saint Denis react differently than others when a player is being a nuisance (we're talking stepping on toes and shoving, nothing illegal and nothing aggressive), and rapidly form a fist-clenched mob, almost always exclusively consisting of non-white character NPC models who run in from everywhere. To put it bluntly, there should never been any correlation between the colour of an NPC's character model's skin and their tendency towards violent behaviour. I know I'm tired of testing this, and Rockstar should definitely be tired of being called racist by now, but I don't think they are. It's been said that their controversy is one of their strengths, and we disagree. This game could be ten times more gritty, bloody, murderous, violent and ridiculous without having anything to do with race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or any of it. Rockstar are the worst, for so many reasons right now.
