This is the spiritual successor to Vblank Entertainment's last game, Retro City Rampage. This game is also an open world sandbox in the vein of Grand Theft Auto except that we’re now in glorious 16-Bit era graphics. How does it compare to its predecessor and the franchise it is ultimately aping? Find out in my review. Enjoy!
