In this video i'll show you a video quality comparison, betwen ps4 and ps vita tv.

N.B.
PS4: video captured directly with LGP dvr at 1080p@60Mbps, the ps4 original output is set to 1080p.
PSvita TV: video captured with nvidia shadowplay at 1080p 25Mbps from upscaled view of LGP dvr (in order to bypass the hdpc restriction), the psvita tv original output is set to 1080i.

Both video are mixed and reconverted in 1080p at 16Mbps (youtube quality limit is 12Mbps), so the quality of this video is not the same of real but the differance betwen both side of video is proportionally correct.
